Project Management
The term "project management" relating to building and property covers a very wide and diverse range of services. Therefore, each project must be viewed on its own merits with the service being tailored to suit specific Client requirements.
Our approach is to recognise that each Client and each project represents a different set of goals and challenges that have to be addressed in order to fulfil the Client's objectives. This approach encompasses issues which go far beyond the administration of a building contract, all of which will require strategic, management and implementation controls to be established.
From the earliest stages of developing a Client brief to the final handover of a completed project, Mackenzie Partnership's project managers take full ownership of the commission to provide a comprehensive hands on service which is designed to co-ordinate all aspects of a project and relieve the Client from the commitment of a day to day involvement.
Successful project management is very dependent on the ability to manage not only a technical process but more importantly, the range of personalities and objectives of the individuals who make up project teams. To achieve this objective Mackenzie Partnership's project managers are highly skilled individuals who can combine the use of well established management systems with the personal ability to manage people.
Project managers work very closely with Clients and their legal, financial and property advisors to develop a clear strategy which will form a sound basis for the project.
