Mackenzie Management Solutions
Mackenzie Management Solutions (MMS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mackenzie Partnership with its own dedicated Directors and Staff.
MMS was established in 2005 specifically to consolidate and promote a range of services that complement MPSL's core activities and provide added value to clients on construction related matters.
For example, MMS provide financial modelling for complex funding structures to clients in both the public and private sector as part of a business plan and/or project viability assessment.
In addition, services in respect of facilities management, programme management, management and corporate management in relation to PFI/PPP consortia and facilities management providers are all a cornerstone of the companies service offering.
MMS was developed as a company in its own right to allow the development of a seperate business plan that encouraged the structuring of a wide range of added value services which complements the core offering. This allows for MMS to dovetail into the MPSL client relationship at the same time as developing a seperate brand built around innovation, delivery and specialist service.
