Acted as Technical Adviser for the promoting Authority on this 17 school facility package being procured under a PPP contract. Our role included brief determination, production of all costings etc for the outline and final business cases, compilation of the ITN tender documents and full evaluation of all technical categories following market returns. Thereafter negotiation with the Preferred Bidder through to Financial Close.
