Background
Douglas joined Mackenzie Partnership in 1988 and was appointed as Director with responsibility for Project Management in 1996. He has gained wide experience in the many sectors of the construction industry, and has developed his Project Management skills particularly on Commercial and Scottish Office Funded Projects.
He now works closely with Donald McKinnon in the management of the practice.
Andrew B. D. Outram

Background
Andrew joined Mackenzie Partnership in 1991 and became a Director in the Project Management department in 1999.
During his career, Andrew has worked as Project Manager on a variety of complex and important projects covering all areas of the construction industry, in particular building up substantial experience in the leisure and retail sectors.
He has also become responsible for a number of strategic ventures and significant projects undertaken by the practice and has considerable experience and knowledge of current markets in various locations having worked on projects in Scotland, England, Northern and Southern Ireland, and in Milan, Italy.
Gordon B. Milne

Background
In 1994 Gordon established his own Project Management Consultancy and this developed in April 2002, when GM Project Management Ltd and Mackenzie Partnership, set up a joint venture company trading as GM Mackenzie Ltd. This company provided broad based property consultancy service, which includes project management, building surveying, PFI/PPP consultancy, planning supervision and other services in the North of Scotland from a base in Aberdeen. In 2004 both companies merged and Gordon became a full Director of Mackenzie Partnership and he now manages the Aberdeen office.
Craig Tennant

Background
Craig joined Mackenzie Partnership in 1994 following extensive training with a major London Quantity Surveying practice and a UK national contracting organisation. He was promoted to Director in 1999.
Craig has developed broad project management experience in the commercial, retail, industrial and leisure sectors of the industry, having been actively involved in a number of key commissions in each sector.
Donald H. Reid

Director
Background
Donald joined Mackenzie Partnership as an Assistant Project Manager in 1995. He qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1998 and has worked exclusively within the Project Management department since. Donald was promoted to Director in 2005.
Donald has gained considerable experience in every aspect of Project Management since joining the firm, having been involved in several major developments, whilst having active involvement in the establishment of many of the project control systems adopted by the practice.
He relocated from Glasgow to Edinburgh on 1 January 2007 and is an integral part of the management structure in Edinburgh, with specific responsibility for Project Management.
Gerry McKenna

Background
Gerry joined Mackenzie Partnership in 1999 and has been extremely involved in the successful delivery of major project management commissions in respect of infrastructure, commercial, retail, leisure, educational and redevelopment sectors of the market for a variety of both public and private sector Clients.
David Moore

Background
David joined Mackenzie Partnership in 2005 as an Associate Director and leads the Project Management team in the Edinburgh office.
David has been principally involved in the delivery of major projects in the Education, Commercial Office and Transport sectors.
Sally O'Neill

Associate Director
Background
Sally originally joined Mackenzie Partnership in 1998 initially as a Quantity Surveyor and since 2001 as a Project Manager. Since rejoining Mackenzie Partnership in March 2006 after a 16 month period working for a national property developer, Sally has reintegrated herself as a key member of the team, currently involved in a variety of projects including infrastructure, commercial, retail and healthcare sectors.
Stewart Mackay

Background
Stewart joined the Mackenzie Partnership in August 2004 as a Senior Project Manager. Stewart has broad project management and construction experience in commercial, retail and leisure sections of the industry. Stewart was appointed an Associate Director in 2006.
