Background
Paul originally worked in Mackenzie Partnerhip in the early 1990's and trained as a Quantity Surveyor. He left Mackenzie Partnership and initialliy joined a Loss Assessor's company prior to joining a major national firm of Chartered Surveyors where he gained skills perticularly in the emerging PFI market.
Paul rejoined Mackenzie Partnership in June 2001 as a Director. He now heads the PFI/PPP Department and is involved in a number of different roles including acting as TA for the Promoting Authority, Employers Agent and the head contact between the SPV and Design & Build Contractor, and Independent Certifier under the SSSC for PPP projects.
Donald A. McKinnon

Background
Donald joined Mackenzie Partnership and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1977. This was followed by three years experience with a large contracting organisation.
Returning to Mackenzie Partnership, Donald was appointed an Associate in 1983 and a Partner in 1986. On 1 March 1996, Donald assumed the position of Senior Partner in the practice, subsequently changed to Managing Director on incorporation in April 2002.
Donald has gained a wide experience in the commercial, public and PFI/PPP sectors and has particular interests in the Project Management and Specialist Services activities of the business.
Donald has developed particular expertise in structuring procurement strategies, determining funding models, and crafting the strategic project management of complex multi party projects.
