Background
Walter joined Mackenzie Partnership in 1984 and became a Director with responsibility for the Specialist Services team in 1999.
Walter has over 20 years of experience in many sectors of the construction industry, and has used this expertise to create within the practice a Specialist Services Department which engages in a wide range of construction/property related activities ranging from preparation of investment papers; private finance co-ordination; project appraisal/auditing; project monitoring; fund monitoring; life cycle costing etc.

Background
James joined Mackenzie Partnership as Finance Director on 1st October 2003, bringing with him a wealth of experience in advising owner managed businesses.
James is also Finance Director of Mackenzie Management Solutions Ltd. and has developed a pro-active finance team providing a range of innovative financial solutions across the property spectrum.
James is assisted by Alan Welsh and Ian Cameron.
Iain Kent

Background
Ian originally qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor but his career development has progressed into the fields of Facilities and Estates Management. The skills Iain has gained in these areas has been particularly useful in helping to establish the activities of MMS.
In his career, Iain has been involved with major Blue Chip companies such as Motorola, Abbey National, National Semi Conductors, Sun Micro, National Austrailia Bank, Universities of Glasgow and Strathclyde. Iain is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Scottish Facilities Management Board.
With the skills and experience that Iain has gained, this has allowed him to utilise these as the Director with day to day responsibility for the general MMS workload.
