Background
Gordon was invited to join Mackenzie Partnership in 1989 to develop a Building Surveying Department to supplement the already successful Quantity Surveying Services being provided to clients. He was appointed an Associate in 1991 and Director in 1993.
Gordon has considerable experience dealing with professional issues, maintenance, refurbishment and new build projects. He also has experience in large scale property survey programmes in both the commercial and residential sectors which has involved his appointment on several occasions as the Survey Manager co-ordinating staff to ensure delivery of the commission.
Gordon is also a past chairman of the RICS Building Surveyors Committee in Scotland.
In April 2007 Gordon was appointed Chairman of UKBS plc, a national joint venture company with other practices, providing a full range of consultancy services throughout the UK.

Russell joined Mackenzie Partnership in 1996 to establish and develop the Edinburgh office. Russell has been involved in the full range of professional services for Central Government, corporate and private sector clients.
William Loudon

Background
William joined Mackenzie Partnership in 1998 and was made a Director in 2003. William has been involved in a wide range of surveying projects, including new build construction, large scale refurbishment, major fabric repair schemes and large scale building surveys.
Craig McQuarrie

Background
Craig joined Mackenzie Partnership in 1993 and is involved in a wide range of surveying projects in the health, commercial, retail, industrial and educational sectors. These include new build construction, large scale refurbishment and major fabric repair schemes. Craig was appointed a Director in 2005.
Alan D. Grant

Background
Alan joined Mackenzie Partnership in 2001 and has been involved in a broad range of areas from traditional building surveying services to project management and project/development monitoring together with architectural and design work including space planning and auditing.
